You will too!<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s great for parties and holiday dinners!<br \/>\n( If you do not like cilantro, just leave it out! )<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1854\" src=\"http:\/\/twitterfriendsrecipes.com\/recipefiles\/SweetandSourMeatballs.jpg\" alt=\"SweetandSourMeatballs\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/donaldroyerdesign.com\/francais\/wp-content\/uploads\/SweetandSourMeatballs.jpg 640w, https:\/\/donaldroyerdesign.com\/francais\/wp-content\/uploads\/SweetandSourMeatballs-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>2lb ground pork<br \/>\n1\/2lb bread crumbs<br \/>\n1\/2 cup veg stock<br \/>\n1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\nSmall piece of ginger,size of a quarter peeled finely minced<br \/>\n1t\/2 tsp dry chili flakes<br \/>\n2tbsp finely sliced cilantro<br \/>\n2tbsp finely sliced green onion<br \/>\n5 cloves garlic, finely minced<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon five-spice powder<br \/>\n1 tsp kosher salt<br \/>\n2 teaspoon sesame oil<br \/>\n1\/4 c olive oil Oil, for frying<br \/>\n2tsp sesame seeds<br \/>\n1\/4 c fresh cilantro<br \/>\nsliced green onions<\/p>\n<p>Sweet and Sour Sauce Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp ketchup<br \/>\n1 tsp sriracha sauce<br \/>\n2 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar<br \/>\n1 tbsp tamari<br \/>\n1 small can of pineapple chunks<br \/>\n2tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2tbsp water<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n<p>1. For the meatballs, mix the breadcrumbs, stock and soy sauce together then combine well with the ground pork, ginger, garlic, fresh herbs, five-spice ,sesame oil, chilies and salt . Put on some gloves and start rolling. Try and get 40 meatballs.<\/p>\n<p>2. Heat up a large cast iron skillet on medium high with the olive oil. Sear the meatballs until golden all over. Remove on some paper towel and pat dry.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dump the meatballs in a crockpot and cover with the sweet and sour sauce. Simmer for minimum 2 hours on low and up to overnight. Garnish with sesame seeds, fresh herbs and some toothpicks.<\/p>\n<p>4. For the Sweet and sour sauce, in a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>5. In a medium pot, combine ketchup, sriracha, pineapple and juice, rice vinegar, and soy sauce and bring to a boil over medium heat. 5. Stir in cornstarch and cook until thickened, approx 2 minutes.
