Ingredients
1 pound butter
1 (16 ounce) package brown sugar
1 (16 ounce package powdered sugar)
cinnamon to taste
nutmeg to taste
1 quart vanilla ice cream ( good quality), softened slightly
Rum
boiling water
1 pint heavy cream, whipped with 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Cream butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg until fluffy.
Fold in ice cream.
Freeze until ready to use, up to 6 months.
Place 3 tablespoons of mixture in a mug with 1 jigger of Rum.
Fill with boiling water.
Top with whipped cream.
Yield: 24 servings
